UnternehmerTUM offers founders and startups a complete service from the initial idea to IPO. A team of experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, managers, and investors supports founders with the development of their products, services, and business models. The experts accompany them actively with building up their companies, market entry and financing - also via the UnternehmerTUM Fund. XPRENEURS (www.xpreneurs.io) is the Munich based incubator for deep-tech start-ups by UnternehmerTUM. In the 3-month full-time program we support strong, early-stage teams on their way to market entry by helping them validate their business model, win their first customers, and secure their first investment. Through our large network, we provide entrepreneurs with access to the high-tech lab MakerSpace, global B2B customers, as well as pre-seed and seed funding. Our office is located in the Munich Urban Colab, a vibrant and exciting brand new innovation hub in Munich.
Project Coordinator Incubation (f/m/d)

Task
In this role you will be an essential part of the XPRENEURS Incubator and support our team in various different projects with internal and external stakeholders like e.g. the European Commission, corporate partners or foundations.
Project Coordination (20%): Plan, steer, and oversee projects by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure smooth progress and alignment with goals. Driving strategic initiatives to improve our ecosystem for start-ups across UnternehmerTUM and XPRENEURS
Presentation Creation and Communication (30%): Design professional and visually appealing presentations for meetings, workshops, and stakeholders. Act as the central point for internal and external communication and collaboration.
Reporting and Quality Assurance (10%): Create concise and informative reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality standards across all deliverables for us and our partners.
Administrative Support (40%): Maintain and organize project documentation, process invoices, manage workflows, and handle diverse ad-hoc tasks. Support the team in planning and executing events and appointments.
Profile
Highly Structured and Systematic: You have a methodical approach to work, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Affinity for Tools: You are proficient with tools like Google Slides and Google Sheets, enabling you to streamline processes effectively.
Skilled in Presentation Design: You excel at crafting clear and engaging presentations and reports that convey complex ideas simply.
Self-Starter and Motivator: You have experience managing projects independently, taking initiative, and inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
You are fluent in written and verbal English and German, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
