Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team What you can expect You are responsible for the development and organisation of the ‘Card Solutions’ portfolio, including all 4P's of the line portfolio and its development, the management of the product lines and the lifecycle. You will plan, coordinate and realise projects as a project manager and sub-project manager in cooperation with specialist and business partners as well as external cooperation partners and consultants. You will be responsible for the project budget, quality and timelines as part of Payment Authorisation product management projects. As part of your project responsibility, you will make an important contribution and set the next innovative milestones in the fuel card market segment. An example of this is the upcoming chip card launch, which would be your responsibility and represents the new, technical era in the fuel card ecosystem. You will design and carry out detailed product analyses with regard to portfolio management and optimise the core and support processes in the long term. Your tasks will include responsibility for budgeting processes and performing operational tasks in the context of online authorisation. You will work on, coordinate and support portfolio-related marketing and sales concepts. You manage internal and external communication across all media as well as the output of product-specific documents. You manage external partners and service providers. What makes you stand out You have a degree in economics or specialised training with several years of practical experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable area of responsibility. In addition, you have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of product management - in technical and process-related product management as well as extensive project experience. You have a technical affinity to act as a key role between the technical departments and Product Management. Knowledge of the payment industry is desirable (e.g. through the introduction of chip cards, support of the terminal or hosting side, etc.) You have strong implementation skills, networked thinking, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and the will to succeed. In addition, you are customer-orientated, can motivate yourself and others well, have professional leadership skills and have an excellent, transparent and reliable way of communicating. Your business fluent written and spoken German will be complemented by business fluent written and spoken English.
