YOUR TASKS The Station Manager/ Lead is responsible for a team of approximately 10 aircraft mechanics (CAT A – CAT B1, CAT B2, EAT contractors) who perform all line maintenance on the EAT/DHL fleet and for the contracted fleets at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). The responsibilities include both the organization of maintenance work and personnel management, as well as the planning and organization of the station's material resources. Manage and complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on time in collaboration with the respective operator, EAT LEJ MOC, Aerologic MOC troubleshooters, and work preparation/planning. Continuously monitor work progress, prioritize, and make corrective interventions. Organize AOG (Aircraft on Ground) processing in collaboration with the respective operator MOC and troubleshooting department. Lead and provide technical guidance to employees regarding compliance with MOE / CAME / TC Holder documents / Engineering Technical Circular / CTL. Conduct employee, probationary, and AMPA discussions, and set deadlines for agreed-upon goals. Serve as a contact person for technical and personnel issues of employees and for contracted personnel. Act as a contact person for DHL Express FRA. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and operational regulations and guidelines. Ensure effective and economical use of personnel (holiday and training planning), operating resources, and all supporting functions. Take measures in case of disruptions to the infrastructure and equipment at the station. Undertake special tasks, such as specific projects. Act as a contact person for problems, audits, and safety inquiries. Lead and/or support optimization and digitization projects. Implement the CIS/CIM philosophy and provide team coaching.
