Hauptaufgaben Accounts for property under the provisions of AR 735-5, AR 710-4 and DA PAM 710-2-1. Plans, directs, controls and coordinates all equipment transactions for TDA property, MTOE and installation property for the HQ, 21st TSC. Provides assistance and technical advice to the Senior Property Accounting Technician on all supply matters. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing asset visibility for all property assigned to 21 TSC units to include management of 21TSC NTV fleet. Analyzes MTOE requirements and authorizes quantity on hand by using Decision Support Tool (DST) and Global Combat Support System â Army (GCSS-A). Determines if equipment is excess or needed to fill critical shortages in 21 TSC units. Directs internal lateral transfers, determines if equipment should be turn-in as excess, or vetted to higher for disposition instructions through DST. Work involves monitoring established supply systems and programs and resolving conventional supply problems, questions, or situations. Researches document numbers for requisitions and provides the most updated supply status using parts tracker in the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program Hub (AESIP) 100%, Integrated Data Environment (IDE)/Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) and/or any other Army tracking mechanism. Ability to design interactive dashboards and reports to clearly visualize key metrics. using tools like Power BI Analytics, prepare data, build data models, and present findings in compelling way by analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights.
