As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards across a variety of disciplines, ensuring both soft and hard services are delivered to the highest quality. You will also oversee contracted support teams and manage day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support outsourced facilities maintenance on-site
2. Drive operational improvement and development initiatives
3. Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for defined services
4. Manage general facilities operations to ensure smooth functioning
What We're Looking For:
5. Fluency in English and German
6. Proven experience in technical facilities management
7. Prior experience in managing outsourced services
8. Desirable: Qualification in Facilities Management, a technical trade, or a related field
9. Ability to manage operational budgets and resources effectively
10. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide front-line teams
11. Customer-centric approach to tasks and decision-making
12. Agile, responsive, and able to make decisions quickly
13. A self-starter, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving
14. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
