Your Mission Intercompany Project Management Lead intercompany projects, driving collaboration and clear communication to achieve project milestones. Promote cross-functional teamwork to enhance overall organizational efficiency and success. Intercompany Process Management: Provide strategic guidance, develop and implement structured processes to adapt to local conditions. Ensure consistent product standards across international factories. Operational Efficiency: Ensure accurate and timely recording of intercompany activities in compliance with company policies and financial standards. Improve IT-systems for intercompany transactions and processes and collaborate with IT to improve automation capabilities. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards. Prepare, analyze, and track intercompany performance reports, developing KPIs to monitor and improve efficiency. Collaboration and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between various business units and regional entities, define and manage the interface to ensure smooth intercompany operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or international business. Proven experience in managing and optimizing complex intercompany processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Data analysis skills, using tools like MS Excel and Power BI. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of managing projects across multiple countries.
