Your tasks
8. New customer acquisition and support : Acquisition and support of new customers in the pharmacy sector in order to expand the health portfolio.
9. Support channels : Contact maintenance and support by telephone, video conference and e-mail.
10. Increasing sales and visibility : Targeted measures to increase sales and visibility as well as recommending the Health product range.
11. Proactive customer outreach : Actively reach out to assigned pharmacy customers to introduce and promote Health products and services via remote communication methods such as phone, email and online tools.
12. Customer Service and Relationship Building : Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Identify customer needs and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
13. Collaborate with sales and medical team : Work closely with the sales team to implement sales campaigns tailored to remote interactions. Collaborate with the medical team to handle scientific questions, product reports and claims.
14. Order Management and Opportunities : Convert opportunities into orders, manage orders, provide regular sales quotes, always emphasizing the importance of visibility for our product categories and brands.
Your profile
15. Expertise according to §75 AMG : Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative or relevant training (PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA) or degree in relevant subjects such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, nutritional sciences or home economics.
16. Sales orientation : Strong sales orientation and experience in sales, ideally in telephone sales.
17. Communication skills : Convincing, customer-oriented verbal and written communication skills in German.
18. Customer relationship management : Establishing new and long-term customer relationships and actively contacting customers.
