At ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG, we are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our international IT support team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives.
We are offering a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, in addition to a range of benefits including partial mobile working, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive remuneration package.
The successful candidate will have a degree in information technology or business administration, with several years of experience in software development or user experience. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Managing international projects aimed at digitising support services
* Designing and implementing the technology roadmap for international IT support
* Creating a roadmap for the service desk of the future with a focus on AI
* Expanding our existing enterprise service management solution (ServiceNow)
* Providing comprehensive advice to departments on designing smooth and consistent processes and services
* Managing and continuously developing your own team
* Assuming responsibility for an IT service including the associated products
