With our newly founded TESVOLT Energy, we are enabling our partners to make the unused flexibility of their TESVOLT energy storage systems tradable and tangible. We are building a virtual power plant from TESVOLT storage systems, making even the smallest storage systems tradable on a behind-the-meter basis.

Your mission
* Provide accurate sales forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation
* Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from partners and end customers
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions
* Analyze data to adjust sales strategies in line with evolving market conditions
* Arrange meetings with existing and potential partners to discuss prospects and performance
* Deliver engaging presentations that highlight TESVOLT's unique value propositions
* Actively manage leads from initial contact through to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates
* Provide regular updates on ongoing projects and resolve any emerging issues
* Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
* Represent TESVOLT at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to boost brand visibility
* Oversee the onboarding of new and existing customers into the TESVOLT Partner Portal
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales/business development (preferably in electricity/EPC/installation)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Strong analytical, organizational, and networking skills
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Dutch
