To join our Team in Berlin, Hamburg or remote in Germany we are looking for a (Senior) Key Account Manager (all genders) for our Game Portals segment for the support and further development of the portals “Wildtangent”, “MMOGames.com” and other platforms.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding long-term collaborations and strategic partnerships in both national and international B2B environments.
* Proactively, you will develop and implement B2B customer retention strategies.
* Valuable support will be provided by you in the creation and negotiation of contracts and terms.
* Key metrics will be continuously analyzed, and KPIs will be monitored to improve product and marketing performance.
* You will identify Trends and new business opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
* Regular creation and preparation of KPI and partner reports will be part of your responsibilities.
* Close collaboration with operational departments, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams (e.g., product management, marketing, design), to help develop tailored solutions for business partners.
* You will attend trade fairs to strengthen business relationships and create new contacts.
Requirements
* A completed commercial education in marketing communications or a degree in business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification.
* At least 3-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the online industry.
* You have a communicative and strong personality, work independently, and approach problems in a solution-oriented way.
* Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing and/or affiliate marketing is an advantage.
* Confident handling of CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Bloomreach, Tableau).
* Excellent command of English, ideally with proficiency in additional languages.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* You maintain a high standard of quality and take a proactive, service-oriented approach when managing partner relationships.
* Passion for online topics and gaming.
* You are a strong team player with high social competence and communication skills.
* Enjoyment of working in an international team.
* Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
