About your team : The Workplace Investing business has been established in 2006 to exploit the potential of defined contribution concepts and to position Fidelity as a leading full-service solution provider in the German pension market. Within this context, Fidelity is offering three main propositions to corporate clients in Germany, a pre-retirement solution (Lebensarbeitszeitkonten), a DC type pension plan as well as the external funding of book reserves whether DB or DC via the Fidelity contractual trust arrangement. The unit comprises a sales team, client relationship management, implementation and communication functions. About your role : As (Senior) Manager WI Relationship Management, you will be responsible to ensure a superior day-to-day experience to your client base and to develop it in size and profitability. First-hand responsibility for the relationship management of WI clients in Germany Coordinate client services to global clients with other market practice leader within the Fidelity network Develop a client roadmap for each individual client with a target for participation rate and annual inflows Take full ownership in the development and execution of a sales plan to win additional mandates with existing clients Support the implementation process of new mandates and manage the transfer from sales to client relationship Supervise the execution of investments and divestments as well as pension-related transactions Provide and discuss monthly or quarterly client reporting Prepare and lead investment and service review meetings on a regular basis Deliver information and bespoke reporting upon client ad-hoc requests Prepare and execute individual member communication campaigns with plan sponsors About you : The future Manager WI Relationship Management has successfully completed his/her university studies in Economics/Finance (or equivalent). He/she has at least 3-5 years of relevant sales and relationship experience in the institutional investment management market in Germany. In detail, the necessary requirements and skills are: Familiar with the German institutional asset management market and a genuine interest in markets, trends and the financial, respectively asset management industry Good knowledge of the German pension market Experience with bAV solutions as well as value accounts (Zeitwertkonten) Ability to understand technical details of occupational pension arrangements and value accounts A proven track record in client retention and development High degree of activity, flexibility and energy – self-starter and highly motivated Outstanding internal and external communication skills Excellent organisation skills and attention to details Results-orientation, ability to work independently Fluency in English and German Team player Feel rewarded : For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
