Key Responsibilities Provide Host-facing support to the Market Management and Key Accounts Teams Become an expert in company policies, Community Support, and brand risk topics Deliver end-to-end resolution and clear communication to Hosts Conduct in-depth research to resolve Host issues efficiently Manage and triage escalation tickets, offering solutions for quick resolution Respond to Host inquiries via email with professionalism and timeliness Drive improvements in listing quality to boost 5-star bookings in your markets Participate in in-market events as needed Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders Consistently meet or exceed SLA response times Skills & Qualifications 4 years of experience in Customer Support or Account Management Native-level German and fluent English communication skills Strong background in handling high-value, time-sensitive customer inquiries Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Skilled in conflict resolution with a focus on de-escalating challenging situations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support team initiatives Experience with tools like Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira (preferred)
