Your main tasks:
* Plan, implement, and track actions and Lean development plans in alignment with the strategic and operational planning of the Business Unit/Region
* Coordinate the development of value streams and Lean development plans together with the site management and the associated team to achieve the plant targets (Star Levels)
* Identify and organize the resources needed to ensure successful implementation according to plan
* Evaluate implemented measures and provide corresponding reporting
* Support and advise Lean Practitioners/Kaizen Facilitators (including talent management)
* Identify training needs for employees regarding problem-solving techniques and Continuous Improvement tools and organize training programs
* Manage improvement projects and be responsible for achieving CCSI and OMP KPIs
* Actively contribute to the implementation of the Continuous Improvement culture
* Communicate successful "Demonstrated Practices (SDPs)" to employees
* Lead improvement projects, such as the implementation of a new material flow control system
* Plan, implement, and track actions related to Digital Factory in line with the strategic and operational planning of the Business Unit/Region
* Support the creation of the Site Strategy Map in collaboration with the site management team
* Develop the Site Hoshin Kanri process and manage the goal-setting process together with the site management team
* Be responsible for the introduction of the Digital Factory within the plant
* Focus on generating value creation within the Digital Factory framework
* Expand the use of artificial intelligence at the site with a focus on applied cost-saving projects
Your profile:
* Completed degree with a technical background
* At least min of 5 years of professional experience leading continuous improvement processes and in Lean Management
* At least 2 years of leadership experience
* Extensive experience in applying Lean tools
* Strong social skills as well as excellent negotiation and communication abilities
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong analytical skills, strategic and tactical thinking, as well as problem-solving competence are essential
* Solid project management knowledge
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
* Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred
