You develop and independently implement promotional activities based on market transparency. You motivate and empower our sales teams to expand business opportunities through professional support, identify and build multipliers in various regions and actively assist colleagues in growing business areas. You monitor market developments and review the project funnel to take actions to strengthen the growth of our business by identifying further opportunities and supporting regional success. You assess customer needs and requirements to find efficient, future-oriented solutions for our customers and markets, and pursue innovative ways with the support of your network throughout the organization. You identify upcoming market trends and initiate the creation of standardized solutions and blueprints to scale up the business. Your defining qualities You have a strong sales affinity combined with high technical competence and familiarity with utilities, energy-sensitive industries, and infrastructure customers, including their processes. You have a good understanding of protection and control systems for power grids, and experience in energy automation hardware and software products, such as the SIPROTEC and SICAM product families. Additional expertise in areas like Cyber Security, Network Architectures, or Power Monitoring Systems is a plus. You are motivated and creative in finding efficient solutions for customers in a high-level technical environment. You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convincingly present solutions to customers and colleagues. You demonstrate initiative and a results-oriented approach to driving topics forward, and you like to work in an international team, with strong intercultural skills. A master's degree in electrical engineering or similar, many years of professional experience, and willingness to international travel (approx. 30%-40%) complete your profile.
