Your Department – Distribution
The Partner Manager will be responsible for expanding Zastrpay's distribution network in Germany. This network consists of physical retail locations where customers can deposit or withdraw cash from their Zastrpay wallets. The role involves not only strengthening relationships and growing business with current distribution partners but also securing new distribution agreements. The Partner Manager will play a crucial role in the physical expansion of Zastrpay and directly contribute to the company's overall success.

Job Description
Some of the things you will be doing:
1. Working together with existing partners and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement and grow volume as per sales targets
2. Expand the Distribution Network through Identifying, approaching, and securing new physical retail locations to join Zastrpay's distribution network in Germany
3. Lead negotiations and close agreements with new distribution partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful onboarding.
4. Playing a key role in Zastrpay's physical expansion strategy by identifying strategic locations and partners that align with the company’s growth objectives
5. Monitor and Optimize Performance by t racking and analyzing the performance of distribution partners and, implementing strategies to maximize transaction volumes and network efficiency
6. Work closely with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners and alignment with business goals
7. Ensure all partnerships and operations within the distribution network adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies hence ensuring compliance
Qualifications
You will be a great fit if:
8. University Degree. You have a Bachelor´s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related study
9. Experience. You have more than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
10. Industry. Preferably you have experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area
11. Language. Fluent English & German language is essential
12. Collaboration. Strong client relationship management skills
