You collaborate closely with our Facility Management teams in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and China, as well as with the Purchasing and Controlling departments, to ensure global success. You guide the organization through varying maturity levels and process stages on the path to full IFM implementation, ensuring focused and sustainable development. Qualifications Education: completed university studies in the field of Business, Engineering or a comparable subject Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in international facility management, ideally in the development and implementation of global strategies and standards; expertise in governance and financial models, process optimization, and change management, as well as in-depth knowledge of facility management processes and technologies Personality and Working Practice: you are a teamplayer with an entrepreneurial mindset; you are self-initiative with a high motivation in a challenging/changing (VUCA) environment; you have problem solving competences and you maintain the overview in complex problem situations Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
