Role Responsibilities
As a Vice President/Director - Real Estate Investment & Sales, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships across Germany and the broader DACH region. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and nurturing strong relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and key stakeholders in the German real estate market.
* Leading sales and capital-raising efforts, leveraging a comprehensive professional network to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborating with internal teams and directors to create tailored investment solutions.
* Navigating the generalist-specialist model within a large organisation to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
* Providing market insights and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions.
* Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Role Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
* 8-10 years of experience in real estate investment, sales, or relationship management within a large organisation.
* Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in Italian or French is highly advantageous.
* A proven track record in building and maintaining high-level relationships with institutional investors.
* A deep understanding of the DACH real estate market, including investment trends and capital-raising strategies.
* Experience working in a structured, multinational environment with a collaborative approach.
