Job Description
* You will be responsible for the strategy, expansion and budget of all PCC channels (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads etc)
* You will partner closely with the BI and Product team to ensure the maintenance and optimisation of a best in class tracking and attribution setup across all PPC channels
* You will play a key role in driving and coordinating the creative production process across PPC channels based on campaigns data and insights
* You will establish an acquisition marketing testing roadmap aimed at continuously increasing campaigns efficiency
* You will oversee and nurture key strategic marketing partner relationships (ie. Google, Microsoft, Apple)
* You will report to key stakeholders the progress of ongoing performance marketing activities, while proactively identifying future growth opportunities
* You will work cross teams with Analytics, Engineering, Legal and other marketing functions to shape our PPC user acquisition strategy holistically
Qualifications
* You bring several years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
* You have an exceptional knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem with a strong focus on PPC channels (Google, Bing, ASA, Programmatic, etc.)
* You have a strong expertise in setting up, managing, optimising advanced web/mobile tracking solutions and analytics platforms (e.g Adjust, Google Analytics, GTM etc)
* You bring a highly analytical and structured thinking with love for numbers and problem-solving, strong ability to think creatively and out of the box
* You are an excellent communicator, including outstanding ability to translate data insights into action, and sharing with broader audiences
* You have a proven ability to effectively manage 6 digits marketing budgets
* You bring a strong growth mindset, used to lead by example
* You are fluent in English, additional languages are considered a plus
