Reporting to our Senior Director Operational Finance, Nora, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a scalable, efficient finance function as Spryker powers towards its growth targets.Ready to bring your expertise to our Spryker herd? Jump aboard and mind the GAAP!YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIESLead and manage a team of two, as well two external team members (Shared Service Agency)Split your time equally between operational accounting tasks and team management tasks.Oversee group accounting responsibilities, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP (HGB) and transfer pricing principles.Own and improve processes for revenue recognition, invoicing, and intercompany financial management.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tax advisors, auditors, and senior management.Drive initiatives to streamline processes and set up scalable systems for Spryker’s global expansion.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including standalone and consolidated reports.Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.OUR EXPECTATIONS4–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, or other software.Strong knowledge of Local GAAP (HGB) and basic transfer pricing principles.Fluency in English and German languageA track record of managing diverse teams and handling complex accounting tasks is a plus.Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.A proactive mindset with the drive to improve processes and find smarter ways of working.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.Experience with intercompany financial processes and familiarity with group accounting tasks.SOUNDS LIKE YOU?Don’t wait—apply now and let’s talk! #LI-HybridABOUT SPRYKERSince 2014, Spryker has been enabling sophisticated digital innovation and helping global enterprises differentiate with its composable commerce platform.
