Position Overview As a Junior Partnership Manager at Piano, you will support our team in identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic service and technology partners. You will play a key role in fostering relationships, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Piano and its partners. This role offers hands-on experience in partner management, business development, and event coordination within a fast-paced SaaS environment. What You'll Do: Support the identification and acquisition of potential service and technology partners. Contact potential partners and prepare presentation materials to communicate Piano’s value proposition effectively. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners through joint co-marketing, co-selling initiatives, and ongoing collaboration. Help plan and execute partner events to drive engagement and business growth. Create reports and analyses on partner activities and performance metrics. Maintain and update partner data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and transparency. Required Skills & Attributes: Currently enrolled in a business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people. Strong analytical thinking and affinity for working with data and numbers. Basic technical understanding and an interest in SaaS solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Independent, structured, and proactive working style. High level of motivation, initiative, and reliability. Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Based in Berlin.
