What you’ll do
1. Service and support of SAP Cloud powered by HANA Customer Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support
2. Ensure seamless alignment across multiple SAP internal and external stakeholders
3. Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts, and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes
4. Accountable for entire SAP engagement and perform sustainable relationship management with a client and act as an escalation point for delivery-related topics
5. Deliver high quality service and ensure stable operations
What you bring
6. Experience in documentation and training
7. Experience in data analyzing, reporting using MS Excel and SAP systems
8. Strong customer focus
9. Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
10. Demonstrated continuous learning
11. Fluency both written and spoken in English
12. German language skills preferred
