What you´ll do
* Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members, focusing on their education, skills development, and overall performance improvement
* Develop and implement sales strategies and actionplans aligned with overall business priorities
* Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives within the sales area to meet organizational goals
* Achieve sales and distribution targets, including KP OSG, PC%, and/or GP% targets, in the designated sales area
* Ensure efficient coverage across geographical regions,identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to maximize salesand profit potential
* Lead the execution of the customer roadmap, ensuring the successful completion of CRM projects (e.g., ACE)
* Coordinate the closure of CRM-related tasks and ensure seamless integration into customer interactions
* Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to provide full support for the sales team
What makes you a good fit
* University degree incommercial studies (e.g. Business Administration)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with 2-5years in a leadership role
* Strong agile mindset with the ability to drive change,adapt to evolving environments, innovate, and find creative solutions
* Excellent ability toanalyze complex data, organize tasks efficiently, and provide insightfulrecommendations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, withthe ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
* Fluent in both German andEnglish, with the ability to navigate multilingual environments effectively
This role can be filled in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Erfurt or Leipzig
