Production Operations Team’s mission is to increase transparency in our organisation in order to simplify steering and governance decisions. Our team takes responsibility for "ways of working” between product teams and departments that smoothens their working together. We also work with their leadership to help them gain necessary insights for optimal steering. This consists of the following elements: - Provide and manage regular communication channels for the alignment, exchange and steering within and between the organisational levels. - Define and maintain the respective standards, tools and process for a collaborative and uniform way of working in the organisation. - Development of alignment and steering tooling solutions. Your tasks: You are part of an experienced Agile Production Operations team directly supporting the XING leadership in implementing exciting new products. Your focus is on process & tooling development and documentation, trainings and coordination and resolving of incoming change requests. You support creating & maintaining different steering and transparency documents & reports, information channels & internal wiki pages. Knowledge with tools like MS Teams, JIRA and Confluence, mySQL databases are a plus. You also support organizational ceremonies (e.g., weekly steering sync) as meeting organiser, moderator/facilitator, note taker... Your skills: You have a technical background or experience developing software applications or administrating Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence) or Agile project / product management experience. Knowledge of Objective and Key Results alignment methodology is a plus. You have a strong sense of responsibility and diligence. You are familiar with software development practices and software business. You are passionate about project management and have an eye for processes and how people work together. You have an interest in and are eager to learn about global view of systems and organizations. You are empathetic and able to put yourself "in the shoes of others”. Your communication style is proactive, crisp and clear. You have no problem approaching and engaging with various people from different hierarchy levels. You embrace change. You are resourceful and able to think of ways to resolve problems on your own or with help from others. You speak English fluently.
