Role – Senior Consultant Technology – Data Governance Service Line – Application Development and maintenance (ADM) Location – Erlangen, Germany Skillset Candidate should be techno-functionally proficient with strong Data Governance background and is expected to have hands-on experience in applying data governance design principles. Candidate Knowledge and experience in any of the cloud platforms. Candidate should be able to understand the high level architectural solutions, come up with the low level design and guide teams to implement data governance using the best practices. Should have experience in delivering projects using agile methodology. Candidate should be able to leverage partner technologies; participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring best-fit and high technical solutions and creating thought leadership in following technologies. Data governance frameworks Working experience with Collibra tool Working expertise on Datalake and DataMesh concepts Power BI reporting Data analysis and PLSQL expertise Data audit and reporting Knowledge/Experience in one or more cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP Experience in leading a team / Project Management Scope of Services Responsible to ensure data consistency across systems using Governance frameworks Responsible for correct and successful implementation of technical data governance framework delivery of code and design documents Responsible to evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies. Responsible for organizing, documenting and review work items scope from technical point of view. Responsible for scoping, designing, development, reviews and complete delivery from technical end. Review and validate estimates for complex projects to ensure correct sizing of work. Participates in POCs, validate complex technical solution, perform estimates and collateral consolidation. Lead and coach a team of junior developers Deliverables The deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below: Creation of Governance Specification evaluation and documentation aligned with functional and technical specification. Hands on data analysis adhering to industry/client standard guidelines Technical reviews Leading teams Coordinate/Monitor large scale software deployments and debug issues Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
