Your Role: Inspiring Ambition
As a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Assessor, you'll be at the forefront of educational excellence, delivering Level 3-5 Apprenticeship programs that empower learners to thrive in their careers. You'll become part of a team committed to delivering excellence in education, fostering growth, and shaping futures through impactful apprenticeship programs. With the location of current learners, the successful candidate will be based in South West England and willing to travel for progress reviews and on the job observations.
As a Teaching Assistant Assessor, you will:
* Deliver engaging Level 3-5 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programs, supporting learners both in-person and online.
* Mentor and guide learners during work placements to ensure a safe and enriching environment.
* Assess learner progress and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their aspirations.
* Collaborate with employers to align curriculum sequencing and maintain learner engagement.
* Develop and deliver inclusive, high-quality training materials.
We're seeking dedicated professionals who are ready to inspire and lead. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Level 3/5 Teaching Qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* At least 5 years of experience in the education sector, including tutoring, training, or coaching.
* A passion for working with learners aged 16+, helping them reach their full potential.
* Strong organisational skills, with experience using e-portfolio systems like SMART Assessor.
Bonus Points for:
* TAQA Assessor qualification or equivalent.
* IQA qualification.
