For the IP Department we are looking for a Patent Attorney who will join the IP team. Your Role Provide input to Business Unit/Category IP strategy Build and manage the patent portfolio in a competitive and cost-effective way Proactively support projects to identify value-adding IP protection and manage risks Handle opposition work and draft oppositions and patent opinions if relevant qualifications Advise on patent-related questions, incorporating both legal and business perspectives Stay up to date on intellectual property law developments and contribute to continuous WoW improvements accordingly You Identify Yourself With Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you Master of Science Fluency in English, with proficiency in German preferred Qualified National Patent Attorney in an EPC member state and/or qualified European Patent Attorney Candidates with partial qualifications or extensive experience in patent work will be considered Strong networking and collaboration skills Ability to work independently Our Benefits for You The benefits listed refer to the primary location.
