The Team:
As EMEA People Ops team, we are accelerating Celonis as a global company with a payroll transformation and HR process innovation. We are excited to welcome a new Intern on board to join our team and work alongside us to gain real-world experience, showing you just what it’s like to work in People Ops for a booming tech company in Germany. In this role you will report directly into Celonis’ Director of HR Administration & Payroll who is based in Munich and work alongside a team distributed across Munich and Madrid
The Role:
You will join the DACH Team, which is supporting Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will have an opportunity to develop core HR skills by working closely with the Payroll and local HR teams with their day to day tasks and participate in many interesting payroll projects we have on our roadmap. You will also gain insights on how HR/payroll operates in a Global Organization and how to work on an international team. This a role where outside the box thinking and agility appreciated and you will have a chance to make a genuine impact.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Assist in HR administrative tasks
2. Collaborate with local HR and People Operations teams
3. Learn about local legislation for the DACH region
4. Support employees with their HR questions using Service Now
5. Participate in HR projects
Your Qualifications:
6. A strong desire to learn and grow in the payroll area.
7. Familiar with google suite/Ms office especially excel
8. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
