HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)
* Operate, design, and develop the compensation programs and job architecture for our global organization
* Develop position evaluations and salary benchmarks
* Support regular compensation processes such as the annual salary and bonus rounds, personnel cost planning, Long-Term Incentive process, etc.
* Support the implementation of our compensation processes into our new Human Resource Information System, SAP SuccessFactors
* Prepare analytics, presentations, and communication material
* Support further projects in the global C&B team
* Collaborate with various internal stakeholders from the business, the global HR organization, finance, and legal as well as external providers
Your Talents
* Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification/experience
* Several years of professional experience in human resources or consulting are desirable
* Structured and independent work style with strong analytical skills
* Affinity for international and intercultural collaboration
* Fluent in German and good English skills
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
