Intro Katapult is a studio for contemporary performing arts located in Berlin, Germany. Run by artists for artists, agile and flexible with a do-it-yourself mentality – offering residencies, workshops and open training for artists, creators and self-starters, as well as for cultural events, photo and video shoots. Katapult exists to further the development of visual performing arts in Berlin and beyond. Our doors are open to anyone with the drive to learn and create, whether amateur or professional. We are looking for an office administrator to join our small team. Tasks Tasks include: Daily email monitoring, assisting clients with questions about the space, bookings, and payments Help organize and manage events at Katapult Keeping an eye on our office and two studios in case clients need help, repairs need to be made, or cleaning needs to be scheduled Writing and assisting with grant and funding proposals Lead generation and maintaining contact with brother and sister institutions both in the EU and abroad Requirements Our ideal profile is someone who lives in Berlin and can commit to at least 12 months of work with us, speaks English and German at a C1 level, is a motivated and independent worker, and who has strong organizational and computer skills.
