Advantest Europe GmbH is looking for a qualified Cost Accounting Analyst with Month End Closing, Inventory Operations, and Inventory Control experience. Major focus is on Inventory compliance related processes.
Cost of Sales planning & budgeting in context of consistent Business Unit controlling and reporting
Support of Advantest Operations and Manufacturing organization
Improve reporting processes efficiency, transparency, and provide insights to support Management decision making
Oversee the Cost of Sales related month-end / quarter-end process in accordance with accounting policies (IFRS)
Reconcile inventory transactions and ensure process compliance
Responsibility for global audit and SOX coordination in cooperation with internal and external auditors
Responsibility for E&O process for several Business Units including preparation of data, coordination of the review process with business partners, as well as review with external auditors
Potentially assist in next roadmap steps for upgrading ERP system of most recent acquisitions
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
At least 2-3 years cost accounting experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under global environment
Solid understanding of IFRS, USGAAP and SOX compliance
Oracle ERP experience is a plus - preferably in cost accounting role
Proficient using Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
