You will be touching upon all the stages in the people lifecycle from onboarding to compliance, learning & development, and administration. Reporting to an experienced Director of People, you will have tons to learn and do, and more importantly, be part of a growing organization with a lot of potential and a great future. More specifically, you will: Lead operational processes for the People function, including management of tools and systems Develop and oversee innovative learning & development programs Support the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and beyond Manage relationships with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations Provide relocation\ immigration support for new hires Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries on various topics Deliver high-quality customer care to enhance employee satisfaction Be an ambassador for the Veact culture, driving engagement and retention initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address process gaps and challenges, driving continuous improvement Who you are and what you bring: Generalist experience in People Operations/Human Resources within a startup environment Familiar with the administrative and compliance aspect of the German employment system University degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience in managing learning & development programs preferred Strong autonomy and time management skills Proficient in handling confidential information Driven and target-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills Possesses a can-do attitude and learning agility, with a curious mindset Fluent in English; German proficiency at C1 level or above required Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and openness to new approaches About us Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry.
