The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centers, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Provide strategic corporate law advice to the Management Draft, analyze and review various corporate documents ensuring corporate compliance Monitor and interpret developments in corporate law and regulations, in local jurisdictions, at EU and international levels and provide strategic recommendations on necessary actions or changes Support in Group Financing projects and in cross-border tax projects Coordinate and manage country-specific corporate topics with external lawyers ensuring cost effective and efficient legal solutions Ensure the companies in COE perimeter comply with the subsidiaries obligations deriving from the listed status in India of the ultimate parent company Maintain the authorization matrix database as well as the corporate database Ensure companies processes and procedures adhere to government regulations and laws in the COE perimeter Fulfil and manage the KYC / UBO requirements and procedures in collaboration with Global Finance Teams Lead the creation and implementation of internal legal policies Timely manage the various reporting flows to the shareholders What we offer. Your profile. Fully qualified lawyer with substantial experience. Deep knowledge in EU corporate law. Familiar with local and international corporate laws and regulations in COE perimeter. Extensive experience in a similar senior role, ideally for about 5 / 7 years. Experienced in an international working environment. Ability to establish and maintain good working relations within a multicultural environment. Strong team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure.
