HR Strategy & Operations: Lead the HR department's strategic and operational functions, including payroll management, employee development, personnel planning, and compliance with legal requirements. Employee Development & Team Leadership: Drive talent management initiatives, focusing on personnel development aligned with company goals. Provide leadership to HR teams and ensure their continuous growth and performance. Change Management & Process Improvement: Lead organizational change processes, optimizing HR structures and workflows. Implement audit-proof HR processes and enhance HR systems to comply with industry standards (e.g., IATF, TISAX). Advisory Role: Act as a business partner to the executive team, offering advice on employment law, labor relations, and strategic HR planning. Assist in decision-making regarding personnel measures and organizational structure. External Representation: Represent the company externally, including interactions with authorities, courts, service providers, schools, universities, and at industry events to strengthen employer branding. Occupational Health & Safety: Oversee company-wide health management, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations. HR Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze HR reports, statistics, and forecasts (e.g., employee numbers, absenteeism, age structure), and ensure accurate reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaboration with Management: Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment between HR strategies and overall business objectives. Play a key role in company-wide projects and initiatives. Requirements: Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business administration, or a related field. Additional HR qualifications are a plus. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in both strategic and operational HR management, ideally in an international industrial setting (preferably automotive). Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading HR teams, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members. Strong capability in handling disciplinary and professional responsibilities. Knowledge & Skills: In-depth understanding of employment law, social security, collective bargaining, and work council regulations. Experience with HR digitalization trends and health management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
