Summary:
The OCM Lead will oversee and execute organizational change management activities across customer engagements. This role involves leading internal OCM team members when required and serving as the primary point of contact for the client’s OCM team and leadership. The position plays a critical role in driving successful adoption of business and technology transformations.
Skills:
* Drive end-to-end organizational change management across the full program/project lifecycle — from discovery through sustainability.
* Facilitate meetings, build consensus, and guide change solutions through approval and acceptance processes.
* Act as the primary liaison with customer OCM stakeholders and leadership.
* Conduct and/or lead stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness activities.
* Develop compelling transformation messaging, including the “case for change” and communication narratives.
* Design and manage change champion networks to promote change throughout the organization.
* Lead the development and execution of change strategies and detailed action plans to support user adoption and minimize business disruption.
* Collaborate closely with program/project teams to align and integrate change management activities.
* Create change management and communication content aligned to key program milestones.
* Provide regular updates on status, progress, and risks through formal reporting and stakeholder engagement.
* Identify and manage change-related risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
* Monitor ongoing change efforts, assess effectiveness, and adapt plans as required to ensure successful outcomes.
* 8+ years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, strategic communications, or management consulting.
* Strong background in managing large-scale organizational transformations.
* Proficiency in project and program management methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks.
* Certification in PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent credentials in change management or communications.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
* Experience developing governance, requirements, process maps, and templates to support change efforts.
* Strong consultative skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
* Highly independent, flexible, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Power BI) and photo/video editing software.
