Description Responsibilities • Disciplinary and technical leader of the End-to-End Planning organization • Management of teams’ operational procurement, production planning & control • Setting of E2E principles on divisional level • Management of activities against KPIs • Align and manage E2E planning processes on divisional level • Control operational plan/stock level on PFW BU level • Drive MPS and steer the PFW Speyer Manufacturing against customer demands/stock policy • Ensure raw material availability against MPS • Monitor against KPI • Align stock segmentation with controlling against HES policies • Develop optimized standards Technical Knowledge and Skills • Technical university degree or equivalent education • Leadership skills • Significant SAP ERP knowledge • Professional experience in production processes • Complex and analytical thinking • Pragmatic, hands-on and solution oriented • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit and sense of urgency • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop effective working relationships • Inspiring and motivating leadership skills • Strong collaboration and partnership skills with experience working across business groups with the ability to listen, solve complex problems, and deal with ambiguity • Able to articulate a vision and prudent risk taker • Proven ability to develop and implement new strategies in a competitive business environment • Ability to develop talent- both as individuals and teams with a strong coaching ability
