I KEEP THE OVERVIEW WE HAVE THE FORESIGHT WORKTOGETHER WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Lean Manager (m/f/d) In your new role as Lean Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization of our operational processes at various locations. Your focus will be on planning, controlling and improving processes through the targeted use of lean methods. You will make a decisive contribution to increasing efficiency, reducing waste and improving workflows. THAT'S FUN FOR YOU You carry out the redesign measures of performance processes and ancillary processes in order to sustainably increase productivity and make operational processes more efficient. Through the targeted use of lean methods such as PDCA, Kaizen and just-do-it, you will optimize work processes and contribute to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the further development and optimization of layouts to maximize the use of space and resource efficiency at our locations. The definition, review and continuous improvement of key performance indicators are just as much a part of your remit as ensuring a transparent and measurable performance evaluation. You will train employees and impart practice-oriented knowledge that enables the implementation of lean principles directly on site. You organize and moderate workshops that serve both as change management tools and as innovation platforms. WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Personal skills: You are an independent, team-oriented leader with a high level of decisiveness. Your analytical skills and strong communication skills enable you to communicate complex issues clearly and develop targeted solutions. You are open to change and motivate your colleagues to continuously work on improving processes. Professional expertise: You have sound knowledge of project management as well as extensive experience in the application of lean methods (such as PDCA, Kaizen, Just-do-it). Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage, but not essential. Your expertise in process design enables you to improve existing processes as well as develop new efficient processes. In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Vision) as well as good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English. Willingness to travel & location: This position requires a willingness to travel of approx. 40% to visit our various locations and implement improvement measures on site. The Lean Manager will ideally be based in Duisburg, but this location is not mandatory. Partial home office work is also possible.
