What You’ll Do: In your role you will be managing the German-speaking colleagues of our field sales force team. In addition to supporting the sales representatives, you will also have your own customer base. Your product knowledge and understanding of technical customer requirements is key to your success. You have a convincing character and motivate your team to make the best possible contribution to the company's goals. As a result, you bear the highest level of responsibility for both existing business and the successful acquisition of new business. You will be supported in your activities by a strong internal sales team with whom you will be in constant dialogue. In regular Europe-wide sales meetings and via our extensive CRM tool, you will exchange information about successes, customer experience and applications. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing external sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing feedback. Acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships Engagement with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels Gathering information and documentation for sales and order forecasts, competitor analysis, customer trends and market prices Participation in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions Maintenance of the CRM tool What We’re Looking For : Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly resolve challenges and support the team’s success.
