6. Implement and execute the overall strategy for Cleanroom and set long & short-term sales strategies for assigned key customers
7. Acquire a thorough understanding of the assigned key customer needs and requirements to support profitable portfolio growth by upselling
8. Expand the portfolio at the assigned key customers by continuously proposing new services by introducing innovations and optimisations that meet the objectives of the key customers
9. Generating new business at potential key customers which are assigned to theRegional Generalistand responsible for contract negotiation and implementation including all other relevant documentation of our services
10. Registration of all relevant information of the (potential) key customers in the designated Customer Relationship Management Tool
11. Responsible for the communication between the key customers and other internal departments
12. Resolve any issues and problems faced by the key customers and deal with complaints to maintain the relationship and trust
13. Provide regular management reports to key customers of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
These skills distinguish you
14. A degree in business administration and minimum 5 years of experience in the field or a related organization
15. Sales expert with high level of good business knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, preferably knowledgeable in the cleanroom field
16. Ability to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies
17. Proven experience in cross-selling and practical experience in sales activities
18. Demonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and sales techniques
19. Possession of good networking capabilities
20. Strong analytical and supervisory skills, excellent communication skills
21. Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales
22. Fluent in German and English, other European languages would be a great advantage
