We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to support our HR and management teams in handling day-to-day human resources operations, employee management, and administrative duties.
Tasks
* Assist the General Manager with recruitment, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new staff.
* Maintain employee records, track performance, and support payroll processing.
* Help manage staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.Assist with employee relations, addressing staff concerns, and supporting performance reviews.
* Organize team training sessions, development programs, and staff events.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety compliance.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with HR management software is an advantage.
