A Snapshot of Your Day As the Head of AEM (Anion Exchange Membrane) and Alkaline electrolysis technology at SE TI SES, you will drive the development and optimization of AEM/Alkaline electrolysis technology, playing a crucial role in advancing green hydrogen production. How You'll Make an Impact Guide a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and researchers to innovate, refine, and expand AEM/Alkaline electrolysis systems, cultivating an environment of creativity and high performance. Develop strategies to implement and optimize AEM/Alkaline electrolysis processes, including electrode materials selection, membrane engineering, and system integration, to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Establish strategic collaborations with internal teams, academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners to accelerate technology development and commercialization efforts. Identify and protect intellectual property assets through patent applications and technology licensing agreements, safeguarding innovations and maintaining competitive advantage. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM/Alkaline electrolysis technology into hydrogen production systems. What You Bring Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Material Science or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrolysis technology development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the hydrogen or renewable energy industry. Expertise in AEM electrolysis principles, including membrane materials, electrocatalysts, ion exchange kinetics, and system design, with a strong understanding of alkaline electrolysis. Track record of leading successful R&D projects and driving technology innovation from concept to commercialization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including proficiency in English.
