Main Tasks:Perform Monthly Reporting, Monitoring of Budget deviation measurement and commentary of regions, unit and/or subunit, manage and further develop reporting processes in area of responsibility.Monthly Forecasting of cost development on divisional, regional, unit and subunit level, manage and further develop forecasting processes.Annual Budgeting of cost development and investment on divisional, regional, unit or subunit level, manage and further develop budgeting processes in area of responsibility.Execute Deep dives, Ad-Hoc Analysis, first trend analysis, and best practice sharing. Develop respective concepts.Reporting Dashboard: Further develop/newly design dashboards jointly with Expert/ Sr.Expert in line with agreed standards. Create, update, maintain & further develop design and content in case of non-standardized dashboards.Perform all controlling tasks in highly complex organizational and regional structure.Develop and execute digitalization and automation of all processes in line with globally standardized solutions.Independently engage with a limited number of key stakeholders to fulfill their tasks (e.g., Country Controller, Group Leads, Regional Controller, Controlling Partner etc.)Needs to communicate concisely, convincing and motivating to create impact on organization.Mainly focused on operating work. Holds for majority of problems ready tools/known solutions, but also to develop new solutions.Overall responsibility for e.g., one unit area with broader diversity and broader range of tasks and problems (e.g. covering several L.E.s, subunits etc.)Requirements:Education: Completed Bachelor´s degree in business studies or in a related field of study preferred.Working Experience: previous work experience in Controlling more than 3 years (1-2 prec.jobs).Language Skills: fluent in English.Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, in-depth experience with SAP (FI, PPM), Dashboard Solutions (Power BI) and Database knowledge (SQL, VBA).Soft Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving thinking.
