Role Overview The HR Business Partner will support operational HR processes and is responsible for advising and assisting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role focuses on supporting HR operations, particularly in recruiting, onboarding, and payroll preparation, in close collaboration with the HR. Your Tasks Recruiting : Supporting and conducting recruitment processes from job posting to contract creation, collaborating closely with team leaders to identify staffing needs. Onboarding & Offboarding : Organizing and overseeing the onboarding process, including preparing and managing employment contracts, and ensuring a structured offboarding experience. Payroll Preparation : Assisting in payroll preparation by accurately verifying and updating employee data. Employee Support and Advising : Serving as a contact point for employees on HR-related topics, including employment laws, benefits, and company policies. Document Management : Maintaining and managing employee records to ensure organizational and legal compliance. Employee Engagement and Development : Contributing to employee satisfaction and retention measures and supporting projects focused on HR process improvement. Your Profile Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent HR qualifications or certifications are also acceptable). Experience: 4 years of experience in HR, ideally within the IT industry. Hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll preparation. Knowledge of employment laws in Germany. Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems (ideally Personio) and standard software tools (e.g., MS Office). Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required. That sounds like you?
