Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneur-minded Strategic Alliance Manager (m/f/d) to join our rapidly growing sales team and to further develop Shippeo’s Alliances and Partners Network in Central and Northern Europe.
The job is based in our office in Düsseldorf, Germany, however, a remote office within Germany is also possible.
We are aiming for someone passionate when it comes to navigating within large organizations while building trust with all stakeholders. As an energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to focus on all aspects of building and managing partnerships, while keeping the focus on revenue generation in very close interaction with Shippeo’s sales organisation.
Your main mission includes:
* Strategic Development of Alliances and Partner Network: Spearhead the management and growth of our existing Partners Network, collaborating closely with ERP Providers, TMS Providers, Consulting, and Integration companies.
* Strategic Alliance Building with SAP: Drive the strategic alliance development with SAP, fostering a strong and mutually beneficial partnership.
* Go-to-Market Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop, execute, and oversee a robust go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Partners, leveraging their strengths to create a distinctive value proposition.
* Identifying and Cultivating Sales Opportunities: Identify and assess sales opportunities within the Partners Network, providing crucial support to our regional sales teams targeting the enterprise market.
* Engagement at Executive Levels: Establish and nurture relationships at the highest executive levels within Partner organizations, comprehending and addressing their business needs effectively.
* Advocacy and Communication of Unique Value Proposition: Evangelize Shippeo’s unique value proposition within the extended Partner organization and ecosystem, emphasizing its advantages to integrators and customers.
Qualifications
* Seasoned Expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Partner Management (7+ Years): Demonstrate a rich background encompassing sales, business development, consulting, or partner management roles, reflecting at least 7 years of hands-on experience.
* Bilingual Proficiency (German and English): Display native or fluent command in both German and English, offering a seamless ability to operate and communicate in these languages.
* In-depth Knowledge of SAP's Organization and Supply Chain Solutions: Showcase familiarity and insights into SAP's organizational structure and broader supply chain solutions. Previous work experience with SAP or as a partner is a considerable advantage.
* Established Network in Transport Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics Market: Highlight your existing network of partnerships within the Transport Management System, Supply Chain, or Logistics domain. Emphasize your proven capability to cultivate and manage robust external relationships.
* Track Record in Partner Management (ISVs, VARs, SIs) and Channel Development: Illustrate your experience in effectively managing various partners such as independent software vendors, value-added resellers, and system integrators. Showcase your grasp of channel business development principles.
* Exemplary Interpersonal Skills and Team Collaboration: Highlight outstanding interpersonal skills that depict your role as a true team player. Illustrate your ability to convey enthusiasm both within and outside your organization.
