What you'll do
In Technical Support, Private Cloud ERP we support ECC and S/4 private Cloud customers along with the RISE with SAP Program.
In order to better estimate future Support Load, this role will work with Customer and Release Data to project how many Extended Warehouse and Transportation Management customers will migrate from old stand alone releases to the respective S/4 solutions by quarter.
Based on this incident inflow can be estimated more accurately and capacity planning can be done more proactively.
Additionally if time allows, this student role will help us to follow up with customers on implementing recommendations made within our pro-active check called Early Watch Alert.
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics
* Computer skills: MS office, especially MS Excel, Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus
* Language skills: fluent in English, German
* Soft skills: team player, outgoing person (easily approaching people not yet known) creative, holistic way of approaching matters
Meet your team
Our Team Technical Support Digital Supply Chain and Industry Solutions supports thousands of customers using the SAP products APO, IBP, EWM, TM as well as the Industry solutions like Utilities, Hospital, Higher Education and Sports and Entertainment.
The team mainly diagnoses and solves customer issues reported via incidents. Along with that we also work on content and tools to ensure customers can help themselves not having to send an incident to SAP Technical Support.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
