Your contribution: Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the QA team in developing and maintaining QA processes, standards, and best practices, ensuring a high standard of quality across all software releases. Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the development of comprehensive test cases in Jira Zephyr, coordinate manual testing initiatives, and ensure rigorous regression testing through both automated and exploratory methods. Automation Management: Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks using WebDriverIO and Mocha to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Collaboration and Community Building: Foster collaboration within the QA community by providing guidance and support to QA members in development teams, streamlining processes, and promoting knowledge sharing. Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate test results, QA metrics, and improvement areas to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in QA deliverables. What you bring along: IT Background: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Expertise: Proven experience in a QA lead or management role, with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing. Experience in the healthcare software industry is a plus. Process Orientation: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving quality objectives. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English is required, and proficiency in German is preferred.
