Primary Purpose of the Position
1. Responsible for providing effective fleet customer and FOS vendor support with regard to total partner satisfaction and smooth operation of FOS processes.
2. Responsible for successfully driving the Helpdesk process including handling of possible disputes, prioritizing queries and ensuring timely back-office support (via Fleet Back Office team in Bucharest).
3. Working closely together with the Fleet Mobility Sales Team to provide system and administrative support. Partner with sales to support customer calls/visits and provide advice for existing /new contracts
4. Systems/processes specialist related to FOS. Conduct testing and support new system developments and process changes.
Main Responsibilities:
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions; receive, handle and/or dispatch third parties queries (first level support)
6. Liaise and interact with GY Sales, Fleet Back Office and other departments as necessary and serve as primary contact in case of questions
7. Support training activities for new systems users internally and externally (associates, customers and service providers)
8. Support FOS testing of front-end and back-end system developments (ticket updates, provide test results…)
9. Ensuring that system entries (master data, contract data, pricing, billing..) are correct and in line with internal requirements, SOX requirements and other local requirements.
Education
10. Bachelor's degree in Business related field or extensive business experience
Experience
11. Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in Sales / Sales applications.
12. Working experience in sales call centers and/or tire business would be an asset.

15. IT knowledge especially SAP applications and MS Office
