We are seeking a Head of Representative Office to lead and grow our German operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to build and strengthen the company's brand in the German market, manage operations, and oversee regulatory compliance.
Location: Germany (Flexible, major cities preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness
* Implement strategies to increase brand recognition in Germany.
* Collaborate with local media and social media platforms to promote the brand.
* Participate in and organize marketing campaigns and events.
* Manage PR activities, including writing press releases and engaging with media outlets to ensure consistent brand visibility.
Operational Leadership
* Oversee all operational processes of the representative office.
* Act as the primary liaison with German regulatory and governmental bodies, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Represent the company in governmental and institutional matters.
Team Management
* Lead the recruitment, training, and management of the office team.
* Foster collaboration between departments while upholding corporate standards and values.
Analytics and Reporting
* Monitor market trends and provide analytical insights to company leadership.
* Prepare and deliver monthly reports on office performance and key outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in international financial services or brokerage firms.
* Expertise in managing operational processes, including interactions with regulatory authorities.
