This is a permanent position at a trusted partner that provides comprehensive international telecom services and solutions to enterprises, carriers and mobile users. At this position, you will be responsible for the acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers, focusing on cross-border connectivity product.
Responsibilities
· Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers
· Proactive development and implementation of direct sales measures to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals of the sales team
· Actively promote and develop existing and new customers through individual development activities
· Interface and coordination with the entire sales team
· Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period
· Targeted and constant forecasting business opportunities according to pipeline and sales figures about potential customers
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree and/or above
· Minimum 3-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
· Solid social connections and contacts in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies
· Basic telecommunication skills and/or knowledge in selling cross-border connectivity, e.g. SD-WAN, IP transit, MPLS etc.
· Self-motivated team player with customer- and result-oriented working attitude
· Fluent English and German language skills
· Travel flexibility
