Director, Technology Communications (d/f/m)

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Designs and leads delivery of impactful and engaging communications strategies and plans for Sandoz Technology.
2. Act as a senior communications business partner to CTO and the Technology leadership team. Counsel and advise on all communications topics – strategy, employee engagement, change management communications, external communications.
3. Activate a communications narrative and program for the Technology strategy as well as the new operating model.
4. Manage and coordinate communications and engagement around Technology domains’ (stakeholder success teams, core technology, strategic focus areas and operational excellence) priorities on unit and enterprise level in alignment with overall communications strategy and priorities.
5. Work in close collaboration with human resources and global internal communications to create a uniform and engaging Sandoz employee experience along the technology change journey.
6. Manage Sandoz global web presence, sandoz.com and investor.relations.sandoz.com as well as intranet. Oversees tracking, gathering and analyzing user data from these channels as well as generating actionable reports.
7. Ensures life-cycle management activities for Sandoz corporate web and intranet presence as well as supporting country organizations with their localization efforts as required.
8. Manages team of contractors and external agencies to ensure timely and effective channel operations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Communications or related field and/or degree in IT beneficial.
2. 10+ years of relevant experience creating and executing high-level internal and external communication plans in a dynamic environment.
3. Strategic thinker and hands-on implementer.
4. Adept at working in highly matrixed corporate environments.
5. Successful track record in internal engagement and change communications.
6. Experience working with all levels of employees, including management committee members, first-line managers and production employees.
7. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
