Protect Zalando’s trademark portfolio by addressing unauthorized third-party use. Handle IP-related cease and desist letters directed at Zalando. Support teams in the brand creation process, ensuring legal protection from the start. Provide IP law guidance in the design creation and buying process for our private labels. Manage opposition, court, and regulatory proceedings across multiple markets, working closely with external legal partners. Coordinate and oversee external lawyers and service providers to ensure effective case management. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You have successfully completed state German exams with above-average results. You have at least 2 years of professional experience from a law firm or a company in the area of IP law, Unfair Competition law and eCommerce. You have experience and a talent to efficiently manage multiple local external advisors and the ability to translate their input into pragmatic and workable solutions for our Business teams. You have an excellent command of English. You are interested in familiarizing yourself quickly with the issues mentioned and a talent to manage different projects at the same time efficiently. You are also interested in the economic and business context. You enjoy taking on new challenges, thinking and acting quickly and managing and initiating projects independently.
